It may not be what you want to hear, but seek not the cheapest place to get braces, but to find an orthodontist with the best references. It's expensive, no matter where you go, but it will work with you for a lifetime, and you want the best and most painless experience you can get.

Going on vacation in India. Patients Seen from abroad hugs and leaving only to continue further back at home treatment. Idea more affordable!

You can try a dental school. But most ppl are not near one. The best way is to find an office that takes payments or use Capital One funding for dental care, Chase financing, or care credit are payment plans with little or no interest for 18 months.
