Ambulance Software

Im trying to find software distribution for a new ambulance service enough. Unfortunately, they are not able to buy an expensive program for the moment I am trying to find something to make my job a little easier for me. If anyone can help me or know where I can find a free program to use please let me know. I try to avoid demos and trial versions as I do not want it to expire after I get everything set up, comfortable with her, then suddenly stop working. I realize CAD are not cheap, but there must be something there .. lol ..
