Appendicitis In Kids

My daughter is 5 years and sometimes gastrointestinal disturbances. My wife and I fear that we are not able to say whether she had appendicitis. The pain usually lasts a few hours. I understand that appendicitis is a more chronic pain, but still want to know all the other signs to watch. Thank you!
