Baby Skin Care

Baby Skin CareSarting a skin care line for babies. What legal action should I take?

What kind of legal and licensing do I need to make and sell Home Made Soaps? I start my own line of natural products for baby care skin and wonder if anyone can help me with what I need as many as licenses, patents, trademarks? Etc for me sure I do everything legal and not copy my brand. I'll be making them at home myself. The FDA had something to do with any particular department of health?

You probably need $ 1 million or more liability insurance product - ESP for sale to retail chains. Me suspect that it may cost 1500 U.S. dollars per year - but this is a real assumption. And you must be a business - a single accessory or a subchapter S corp are your most likely choice - depends on your finances.

Things like soap are really difficult to copyright or trademark unless you have something truly revolutionary. And you must be prepared to spend a lot to defend those protections - otherwise you're probably best not to disturb. Good luck.

You can not patent a natural substance, or a combination of natural substances ... can not patent the name.

Therefore, revenue, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, perfumes, etc.. Are closely monitored, b / c if they come out, there is nothing that prevents a person being legally the same thing, they can not market the product under the same name.
