Blood Donor Chair

I was recently appointed chairman of four years, blood drives (quarterly) of the organization where I work. Previously, a note type information was sent to each employee who has just announced the date, time and place of collection of blood. In the past, only some employees have already donated blood during training. The first disc is October 15, my goal in preparing this presentation is to increase by at least four times the number of donors who want to donate blood. Please help me to prepare a memorandum of persuasion to reach all employees.

I do not know what looks like a memorandum or how to write, please help me to write. I need to convince my employees, but I do not know how to write a memoir. If you were me what would you say in your presentation to convince employees?

Let people know when it is, then retreat. Nobody wants to put pressure on it. You must provide information on a consistent basis (weekly), and not only near the disc. Plant the seeds and care. Most people make the right choices over time. If you bury them in begging every three months at the last minute, you can turn them off forever. Your goal should be to increase participation in six or nine months, not frantically push into the groove now.
I find it hard to believe that you do not know what a similar memorandum.

All individuals who donate to my work are enrolled in to win a vacation day and that seems to bring more people to the reader. Find something to give away as little prizes, if they give (pen or something, people like free stuff and it is good marketing)
