Partial birth abortions ... are unlawful - Nurse Brenda Pratt Shafer Refuting? Brenda Pratt Shafer Nurse story is incorrect. If you've read, here are some facts ....
In 2003 a law was enacted that banned partial birth abortions. You can not have an abortion after three months, unless there are special circumstances, as you'll die. This is not mentioned in Nurse Brenda Pratt Shafer story broadcast on MySpace.
Also, I encourage you to read this story of the head nurse at the clinic with nurse Shafer. You'll be amazed at how the nurse Shafer lied.

This link details how abortions are performed. Generally, an ambulatory surgery the doctor uses a vacuum (suction tube) that passes through the vagina into the uterus and removes the fetus. No poison or scissors or partial birth.

I realize that the choice is yours, but I wanted to give you a clear idea of what the choice is. Remember education is power, do not be fooled by "rumors myspace.
You're absolutely wrong about this. Abortions are available up to 24 weeks or viability in most states. There are some places that do it later. One specific procedure late abortion was banned --- one in which scissors or a scalpel was used to reduce the skull to facilitate removal. All other late-term procedures are still legal.
Your own link says the vacuum cleaner is not used after 13 weeks. You have deliberately avoided detailing the procedures end of term and, instead of insisting on one that is generally used only in the first quarter. The ban on partial-birth abortion does not concern the first quarter.
You seem to have been the victim of rumors myspace "yourself. You can read the text of the ban on partial birth abortion, and all evidence, testimony and the Senate debate preceding the vote, the record Senate. Which might have done before posting this question.
