I searched and searched the web and av I can not find anything under $ 500.00 ... We just opened the clinic five months ago and need a system softwarte that we can use for appointments and patient demographics ... NO billing software PLEASE. .. ideas!

Unfortunately, I think you can spend a fortune on software like this!
The links I visited, had no prices posted. Therefore, my experience tells me that the price will be up there.
