Cml CancerCancer research, why did they not find a better treatment?

War was declared on cancer in 1971 and since then, billions of dollars have been spent in search of a cure for the disease. The research focused on finding a drug or a better way to treat cancer, but so far everything they have developed has been slightly better than current treatments. Why have they not made progress in all other areas of medical science have made great progress? The reason is very simple. The cancer is similar to that of diseases scurvy, beriberi, pellagra and pernicious anemia and diseases are diseases of deficiency, in other words the body is deficient in some vitamin or mineral and the only way overcoming these diseases is to eat foods that contain the missing nutrient that the body is lacking in. Cancer is exactly the same, cancer develops when our immune system is down because of our modern lifestyle with our high consumption of processed foods, bad foods that we eat, the toxic chemicals, we contact every day and our sedentary lifestyle.
Research over the past 30-40 years has concentrated on finding a drug or an artificial substance to a patent that the potential as a source of revenue is enormous.
Even the latest drugs that are Gleevic of CML (chronic myeloid leukemia) and Herceptin for a type of cancer of the breast are only marginally better than other chemotherapy agents that have been used in past. Even then a course Gleevic cost $ 60,000 and for Herceptin, it was even higher.
Nothing but money to gain by claiming that the battle against cancer is slowly but surely being won.

Fortunately, research funded public university as now beginning to look at our natural foods and the discovery of many properties against cancer in these foods. Many of those who are called phytochemicals or phytonutrients have been found in the fight against cancer astonishing properties. They note that most of our staple foods are found to have many benefits to a cancer patient. Not only in the prevention of cancer, stop cancer once it is established. Our natural food in its new form has absolutely no side effects and the fight against cancer properties found to be beneficial to a patient suffering from cancer are many and varied.
Some examples of research that are found;

* Cruciferous vegetables in which broccoli is one of them. They may be bland and boring, but when it comes to fighting against cancer, they are uneven.
* onion family which includes garlic in which research has found to be extremely beneficial. It is well known that in areas where garlic consumption is high, cancer occurrence is low.
* Tomatoes reduce the risk of prostate and breast cancer.
* Carrots, red pepper and dark green vegetables, all stimulate the immune system.
* Spinach, beans, peas and other legumes, inhibits all cancers.

* The berries, grapes and citrus fruits were also found to be beneficial for a patient with cancer.

Remember that there are no drugs, no surgery or no highly technical procedure that comes even close to the amazing healing power of our natural foods.
A true cure for cancer will only be achieved when the patient drives the system to defend their own bodies and it is only natural means to do so. That is why they have not found a cure against cancer.
