Cosmetic Surgery Glasgow

Hello im willing to have cosmetic surgery, but im not sure wethere this can be done? I still bow leading loves (the dash above the lip) and its very deep and narrow, I wonderding if you can have surgery on her not to do more but to make it more flat so it does not stick to this point?
