Im making a dental assistant course and I was wondering how I could pursue my career where I qualified? Im training to become a dental nurse my course is 2 years long. I would like to continue my career in dentistry but am not sure that I can take options ... I have no GCSEs above a C Does this mean I can not go to university? I would like to become a dentist in time, what are the qualifications to be able to achieve this goal?
Thank you!
You would not be able to get the undergraduate degree in dentistry no GCSEs and A levels (in biology, etc..) You might consider to achieve the superior dentistry Well, I have a friend who is currently doing. You can use the course as you do now to get health / Sc Related united, and then go on the course of four years degree in dentistry. That would mean seven years of studies united in total, but if its what you really want to do, it will be worse.
You might consider becoming a dental hygienist or technician, these careers would progress past being a dental nurse. Good luck.
This is now called the dental hygienist. dental nurse is an old expression.
Dentists do not go to school health first. They BS degrees in chemistry or another science, then take an entrance exam for dental school. If they pass, they apply to dental schools.
