Dental QuestionsDental Questions ...?

Hello all, I have some questions about dental health and hygiene which have been in my mind lately:

How people end up with these big, bad, brown / yellow stains lines through their [usually] upper teeth?

Fluoride is beneficial for teeth, but only when consumed internally (eg tap water) or placed on the teeth? (As orders to the dentist rubs on your teeth when you get your cleaning routine). Or is it both?

Thank you.

Fluoride in water or fluoride drops only beneficial for developing teeth. Teeth that are already broken topical fluoride treatments need.

When you see this in the elderly, it is probably the enamel craze lines were stained by smoking, coffee / tea, etc. Most of these cracks never go anywhere. This is not a subject I remember not really talk back to the dental school, but they can be a cosmetic problem, they probably should be!
