What type of chemotherapy does APL patients get? I know there are many different types of chemotherapy, but what kind (s) may be used in a child with acute leukemia Promyelocytiic?
thank you very much I really need to know.
I agree with the above answer but here's a site that will give you some information so that when you talk with your doctor will be notified. http://www.trisenox.com/patient/215-APL - ... May God bless you and I will put you on my prayer list .. If possible please let me know how things go.
na close friend my mother are cancer survivors. I am sad to hear u or anyone knows Urself is in this position. treatment can vary, perhaps on a case by case, and u should ask ur oncologist (spelling?), no, I repeat not, we shmucks Q & A! Chemo is much improved over the last 10-20 years, which is good. Side effects can be bad luck "- there is recent research suggests that" ginger root extract "may releave some symptoms, but ask ur doctor. good luck, if I had a name, I pray for u. .. I maybe "give it a shot" anyway! :)
