Distal Radial Metaphysis

Ok, so I broke my wirst (distal radial metaphysis or something) and had a cast for six weeks. I got it off yesterday and it hurts in all the places she used to hurt, a bar on my wrist. if it hurts in the bottom of my hand. im not sure if the pain is getting better, if it is not much. rigid (like my doctor told me) or is there still something wrong with that? Or am I paranoid???
