Does anyone know if Trader Joes Enzymatic Therapy is "fully clean the body."

I did the whole body enzymatic cleaning several times and we ran through Trader Joes "cleanse the entire body." The packaging, returns and all ingredients are almost identical. I was wondering if anyone knew ...

I think it's just another company trying to elbow junk $ $ $ for people in an unhealthy way.
