Harriet Lane Handbook

I am looking for a compact desktop paediatricians, intended only for healthcare professionals by healthcare professionals who would like comprehensivity and scope of what the Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy is for general medicine. I tried the manual Harriet Lane, but it is not comprehensive enough (it does not even mention the hernia, for example). I'm looking for something that would probably be a bit bigger (maybe the size of Merck). I'm not looking for a manual huge, just something I can easily fit in my little satchel that will give me an overview of most pediatric conditions.
