Im a 12 year old daughter, turning 13 in October, and I want to lose weight.

Dream on, do not even think about it. Nobody will give you lipo at age 13. It is too dangerous.

1: You're too young. too many risks.
2: even if you were allowed, its expensive, theres painful
recovery, and most people gain the weight back.
3: if you want a permanent solution, just change your
eating habits and develop. Yes, you have more weight.
but you're not madly majorly overweight. just
patience and the will to power.
