Im going to be in a wedding and I wanted to know? Is there something you can use to make your teeth whiter I used whitening Opalescence Zoom and a large loss of my money. Someone told me about Burt toothpaste natural bee, I think I might try that. Any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
You can simply use peroxide, it would be much cheaper. Just do some research and choose a method you are comfortable. I usually dilute it and just swish and rinse well. My father did not even concentrate. I'm too weirded to do so.
I also recommend baking soda, which is my preference.

These methods are tried and true and cheap, I do not know why you bother with all these other things.
Burt's Bees sounds good, and another key whitening teeth is to stay away from certain foods that stain teeth such as soy sauce, most of the Berrys, cola, coffee, tea, but if you want to eat / drink these foods, do not forget to brush your teeth after eating, and if you want you could still eat.
Here is a good website for tips and tricks:

I heard that Crest whitening strips work well, but I can not say that I have personally tried. If you have dental insurance, you can get them professionally whitened few days before the wedding
Tooth whitening is considered cosmetic and dental insurance does not cover these costs.
I have successfully used Crest White Strips. It is worth 40 dollars, for sure. Then, on a daily basis, I maintain my smile with white teeth whitening rinse before the brush. I use the brand pharmacy whitening rinse and it works to keep my teeth white crest. I highly recommend that you try Crest white strips and whitening rinse to keep your teeth looking white.
You can get the crest whitening strips, so they are a product now, can provide a good drug store where you made your own teeth impressions and the things you put on and use twice daily for one week or two weeks. You do not remember. It is more expensive is to go to dr. , and made dental trays and use it directs. Baking soda is a good color, but use sparingly because it can easily Irrati your mouth.
I tried Crest Whitestrips and they were so effective my teeth became extremely sensitive and I stopped using them. If your teeth are not sensitive to them is one thing affordable to try.
Depending on what you can afford and what is in your area, I BriteSmile whitening treatment - I made an offer on discount for about $ 250 and usually lasts about $ 400 - but I takes about 2 to 2.5 years between bleaching treatments (for me, everyone is different) so when you compare to other things you need to do every month or so its really not that expensive. And I just had a little sensitivity for approximately one day after treatment so it was much more comfortable than the Whitestrips for me.

Crest Whitestrips are good for editing. They whiten, but the effect only lasts a week. Maybe a couple of weeks. I used them every day before my wedding!
honestly if you can handle the taste, just brush your teeth with baking soda
