If you go to the ADA website and look under education, you can find a tool that allows you to search by state and specialty of the answer you are looking for all the schools in California. class size class sizes and prices vary between each orthodontic program ... the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota accepts a class 1 each year, other programs take up to 15 people or so ... the average is about 5 or 6 for most programs. There are about 300 places per year available for those wishing to become orthodontists, and about 1,000 people apply each year. Tuition ranges from full-ride 90K + per year. If you are considering applying for orthodontics, you want to extend your applications more than just California ... it is very competitive to get anywhere.
