Pregnant Blood Test

I am so eager to find out! I expect the next period around March 4. When can I go for a blood test?

Most doctors will not do it unless you have already missed a period, or if you have had a positive test at home. You'll have to ask, but most think it is a waste of time until your period is a day or two late.

It is possible to get one already done. It's funny, because I just learned two weeks ago that my friend is pregnant. And it was about 3 weeks 4 days. She also had urinary infections quite often, but blood test showed that she was pregnant, and she had no infection. It is possible to do a blood test already, some women show early symptoms. But your doctor can not do it until you miss a period. Some women do not even show positive blood test until they are well into the pregnancy it. Good luck
