How do you store the cord blood cells (stem cells)? I met a person who sells the use of stem cells that explained ablout storage of cord blood cells but I do not know if it worth it to stock at a price of 74,900 for 21 years.
It is absolutely not worth it. They try to play on your emotions and your possible guilt of a possible "What if" scenario. Save only if you want to store your own potential future use (which is not worth the money or problems). It's like buying a lottery ticket price. The chances that you could never use it are so small. In fact, there are good chances that the child you will not be able to use it even if they do get sick often because the defect "in their blood or DNA that caused the disease is in the cord blood too.
Even the American Academy of Pediatrics says you should not the blood bank: http://www.guideline.gov/summary/summary ...
Please donate cord blood to your baby. It costs nothing if you give and you could save someone's life. My daughter was saved by a single unit of cord blood (see my "source" of our letter of thanks to our donors).

Also, know that it takes pre-planning. Many places can not do everything they need to get this, unless you start your 34th week.
The cord contains essential life-saving blood and leaving so-called ideal of any cell used within the body. http://www.askaquery.com/question/Cord-Blood-- (dash) - The Savior-of-the-child. html Flag
Cord blood is certainly useful, but I recommend a donation to the bank public cord blood. Private banking is worth it if you have a family history of leukemia, lymphoma, myleomas, or other non-cancerous diseases of the blood. It can also be used to treat autoimmune diseases and several other things.
The problem with the private bank, is that a unit of cord blood is just enough for a small child to use. If your older child (more) of a small child, it will not be enough. A birth, a unity. You would always go to the bank public cord blood to find a second unit that matched.
They are currently working on ways to make a sufficient unity to adult size, but they cannot do it again.
I used 2 units of State bank of cord blood for my stem cell transplant for leukemia.
The problem with a donation, however, is that all hospitals to accept donations, so you may need to do some leg work a few months before the birth of donating.
