Teeth Whitening Remedies

I recently discovered that I can not use mouthwash normal and the guy said anywhere because a whitening ingredient causes my throat to swell. I was wondering if there are remedies for whitening teeth that I can use or mouthwash home because I cannot use the Storebrand. Please no rude comments, and yes I do brush my teeth 3 times a day, 5 min each.

Well you must first obtain a toothpaste (Im sure you have)
get baking soda (ask your parents)

Mix soda (baking soda) in the paste (toothpaste)
after a couple of brushes you can see that your teeth are whiter.
and can barley taste of baking soda in the dough.

Make sure to rinse as you would if you brush your teeth.

My wife tried the method of hydrogen peroxide and I have not seen a positive change. She stopped doing this one I'm happy. Report Abuse

Jenessa, baking soda is good and cheap, but do not use it very often.
Just use it with consciousness. Twice a week is enough - it is abrasive!
