Ok, I know what these proceedures bleaching where u put that thing on ur teeth and sit in the light of his total no no. ur teeth whitening well .... oh yes, they do .. But teeth, enamel heart loose on them and they become very very sensitive. best way is to band peak or peroxide. Ridge is better. Flag
